My Sony Rewards Points Redemption

Redemption process for Sony Store Online purchase:

1. Log in to My Sony Rewards on https://www.sony.co.th/th (Thai language page) or https://www.sony.co.th/en (English language page)

2. Select the products you are interested in and proceed to checkout

3. Enter your My Sony points during checkout

The points will be deducted and discount will be applied directly before payment is processed.

Redemption process for In-store purchase at Sony Store outlet:

1. Inform staff you'd like to redeem My Sony Points

2. Provide your My Sony membership email

3. Discount will be applied directly before payment is processed. The points will be deducted within a few days.

Terms and Conditions for Points Redemption:

• All products purchased from Sony Store are eligible, except PlayStation® products and new items launched within the past 3 months

• Purchases via e-commerce marketplaces (Lazada, Shopee) are not eligible for point accumulation/redemption

• Points expire 24 months from earning date, non-extendable
