Why is an app missing from the Application screen?
- The app may have been deleted, disabled, or hidden.
Steps to fix

- Check installed apps – Ensure the app is still on your device.
- Reinstall the app – If it's missing, download it again from Google Play™.
- Enabling the app – Go to Settings and enable the app if it's been disabled (e.g., pre-installed apps like Music, Chrome, etc.).
- Resetting app preferences – This restores disabled apps and other settings.
- Rearrange the apps on the Application screen – Select the Custom/Own order or By name/Alphabetical in the Application screen menu. If the Most used or Installed option is selected, then only a limited number of apps get shown.
