    I can't hear anything when pairing my hearing aid with my Xperia.

    Why is sound still coming from the Xperia even though I connected (paired) my hearing aid?

    Recovery: This issue is caused by pairing not being completed correctly. Please try the following steps to recover. 

    1. Find and tap [Settings] → [Device Connection] → tap the [Setting] icon (gear icon) to the right of the connected device name → tap [Forget]. 
    2. Tap [Pair new device] and follow the guidelines to reconnect your hearing aid.
