Case 1: The DualSense Wireless Controller Came with a PlayStation Console
Items to Prepare
- The DualSense wireless controller that you would like to send for repair.
- A photo of the PlayStation console's serial number. Click here to check where to find it
- Receipt, if available.
How to Check the Warranty Date
- Please register for PSN so the warranty can be verified based on the PlayStation console. Click here to register for PSN.
- If PSN has not been registered, the warranty will be verified based on the date on the receipt.
- If PSN has not been registered and there is no receipt, please send the DualSense wireless controller to the service center for inspection.
How to Send the Product for Repair
- You can send the DualSense wireless controller for repair to a Sony Thai Service Center. Click here to check service locations.

Case 2: The DualSense Wireless Controller was Purchased Separately
Items to Prepare
- The DualSense wireless controller that you would like to send for repair
- The DualSense wireless controller box (mandatory)
- Receipt (mandatory)
How to Check the Warranty Date
- The warranty date will be verified based on the date on the receipt (mandatory)
How to Send the Product for Repair
Important: Please check the sticker on the side of the DualSense wireless controller box.
If the sticker shows the name Hashimoto 9, please send the DualSense wireless controller for repair through the store where it was purchased.
For other stores, or if there is no sticker shown, please send the product for repair at a Sony Thai Service Center.
