How to resolve if the TV SideView app cannot be detected by Blu-ray Disc Player?

    Please try the followings:

    1. Check your network connections. Ensure that your remote device and Blu-ray Disc Player are on the same local network.
    2. Restart (turn off then turn on) your remote device Wi-Fi connection.
    3. If your remote device is using a proxy, try turning the proxy setting off. Some remote devices cannot connect properly to the player when using a proxy.
