Error: We're having trouble playing this title right now. Please try again later or select a different title. appears when using the Netflix app.

    This message may appear when trying to play some TV or movie titles with the Netflix service.

    Follow the steps below.

    1. Exist the Netflix app and then start it again.
    2. Update the software version of the device.
      NOTE: If the available software version number is higher than what is shown by your product, then the software should be updated. 

      If the software is already updated, follow the instructions below.


    For Blu-ray Disc players:

    1. Go to Setup.
    2. Select Resetting.
    3. Select Initialize Personal Information.
    4. Go to the Video icon and Select Internet Video.
    5. Select the Netflix app.
    6. Sign in to your account.

    For Android TV™ models:

    For Other than Android TV and Network Media players:

    1. Go to Settings.
    2. Select Network.
    3. Select Refresh Internet Content.
    4. Select the Netflix app.

    For Google TV devices:

    1. Sign out of Netflix app.
      1. Start the Netflix app.
      2. Using the arrows on the remote control, enter the following sequence: Up, Up, Down, Down, Left, Right, Left, Right, Up, Up, Up, Up.
      3. Select Deactivate.
      4. Select Exit.
      5. Restart the Netflix app
      6. Sign in to your account.
    2. Force close the Netflix app.
      1. Press the FN+1 buttons to display the Settings menu.
      2. Press the down arrow button to select Applications.
      3. Press the ENTER button.
      4. Press the down arrow button to select Manage applications.
      5. Press the ENTER button.
      6. Press the down arrow button to select the Netflix app.
      7. Press the ENTER button to select Force stop.
      8. Press the ENTER button to select OK.
      9. Press the down arrow to select Clear data.
      10. Press the ENTER button.
      11. Press the ENTER button to select OK.
    3. Reboot the Google TV device.
    4. Once the Internet TV device is back on, start the Netflix app.
    5. Enter the username and password for your Netflix account.
    6. Log in to Netflix account and try to play a movie.
    7. If the problem still persists, try setting up a static Internet Protocol (IP) connection.
    8. If steps above will not resolve the issue, reset the Internet TV device to factory settings.

    NOTES:

    • If the steps above do not resolve the issue, reset the device to factory settings.
    • Performing a reset will erase any customized setting that has been set and a set up will be required. Refer to the instruction manual of the device for model-specific information to reset.
