This service is limited to a maximum of 2 units ( All category included ) per service 1 time
Pick up / delivery Service Fee
- On charges of 450 baht / unit (excluding VAT) for both In and Out of warranty period.
Services coverage area in Bangkok and vicinity (Samut Prakan, Nonthaburi, Pathum Thani, Nakhon Pathom, Samut Sakhon).
Repair Service Fee
- Service fee in case of out of warranty. Sony will update and inform the cost for the repair to customers, consisting of labor costs, spare parts costs (if any), and pick up.
- The repair time depends on the symptoms of the product and the availability of spare parts at the service center.
