Notice to customers using Wireless Stereo Headset, WI-SP510 - Updated on 25th Nov 2021

    Thank you for your continued interest in Sony products.

    Sony has discovered that some units of WI-SP510 may not be able to power on due to water corrosion issues within the unit body structure.
    To address this issue, we are implementing a free repair program for the affected units. This free repair program will remain available until November 30th, 2022 (updated on 25th Nov 2021).

    The model number is located on the built-in rechargeable battery.
