Internet apps for the Android™ TV will continuously be made available through system updates. The list of available apps will be updated automatically as long as the Android TV is connected to the Internet.
NOTE: We recommend that the Automatic software download setting be set to On to automatically download software updates as soon as they are available.
If you're having trouble finding an app or game after searching using the Google Play™ app, here are some common troubleshooting suggestions.
NOTE: Refer to these steps, if you are looking for an app or game that you previously downloaded using the Google Play Store app.
- Make sure you have entered your search without misspellings or typos. It may help to change your search terms or make them more general, since publishers may occasionally change the name of an app or game.
- If an app or game does not appear in your search results, it's possible the item isn't available in your country or compatible with your device. Developers can limit their apps or games to select countries, devices, and service providers.
NOTE: Some apps and games can be removed from Google Play by a developer or for policy reasons. If an item has been removed, it will not be available for download. We recommend contacting the app provider for additional assistance and support.
