To users of Memory Stick USB Reader/Writers and Adaptors: Informing the end of support for Windows 98/Windows 98 Second Edition/Windows Millennium Edition

    Microsoft Corporation has announced that it will end support for Windows 98, Windows 98 Second Edition and Windows Millennium on July 11th, 2006.

    Sony may not be able to extend the support for the following products used on these Operating Systems. Future upgrade programs for Sonic Stage*, Memory Stick Formatter* which have been bundled with the following products as well as Memory Stick File Rescue Software would no longer be available.

    *All versions of these software are provided by the CD-ROMs bundled with Memory Stick USB Reader/Writers, or downloaded from the “Memory Stick Support” website.

    The online self-support that Microsoft Corporation offers will expire on July 11th, 2007.
