The TV restarts when I switch between Enhanced format and Standard format in the settings.

When you switch Standard format and Enhanced format in External inputs of Settings of the TV while the TV is connected with an external connecting device, the TV restarts.

This occurs in order to make the External inputs setting definitely reflect the external connection device, and is a specification of the TV.
