HbbTV app is missing when connected to digital service with HbbTV.

    If your HbbTV app is missing when you connect to digital service with HbbTV, check the following:

    1. TV is connected to network.
    2. Interactive Application is enabled.

    • To enable Interactive Application: 
      1. Press the HOME button on the remote.
      2. Select Settings.
      3. Select System Settings.
      4. Select Channel Set-up.
      5. Select Digital Set-up.
      6. Select Interactive Application Setup.
      7. Select Interactive Application.
      8. Select On.
