      Customers are required to fill in the Warranty Registration Form provided for their products and send the form back to Sony Thai Co., Ltd. at the address shown in the Warranty Registration Form or to register online at My Sony website (http://my.sony.co.th).

      For Sony Memory Stick™

      Customers are not required to send in the Warranty Registration Form. Customers simply bring the Memory Stick™, Original Purchase Receipt, Warranty Card and Original Product Packaging and present them for verification before services.
